CBA is Widely Supported
Whilst there’s much diversity of belief within the Christian Church, our programmes are about communicating the core essentials of the Christian Faith.
It’s this commitment that means we have received endorsements from every major denomination in New Zealand. Below is a list of comments from a selection of Christian leaders.
“CBA is one ministry that I greatly admire. Their creativity in using radio to clearly and effectively share the gospel of Jesus – in a society that is gasping to survive – deserves our support.“ John Massam | Elder of Ngaire Bible Chapel + Director of the Challenge Communications Foundation
“I endorse with great enthusiasm the work and ministry of CBA. At last we are learning, that to impact our world we need to walk along side people, with everyday answers for everyday needs. Thank you for leading the way.“
Paul de Jong | Senior Minister of Life Church
“CBA has consistently brought the Gospel to our nation through radio in a professional and creative way.“
Pastor Luke Brough | Auckland East City Elim Church
“Christian Broadcasting Association deserves support from the whole church for the professional and culturally attuned way they are sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. CBA wrestles with many of the real questions and issues people ask, and demonstrate that the Christian faith is robust and relevant for life today.”
Rev. Dr. Richard Waugh | National Superintendent, Wesleyan Methodist Church of New Zealand
“I am honoured to endorse and support the good work of CBA and its efforts to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to the unsaved through the medium of radio. The ministry goes beyond traditional approaches of Christian broadcasting to reach the general public with the gospel message.”
Commissioner Donald C. Bell | Territorial Commander, The Salvation Army, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga Territory
“Radio is a great medium reaching us in our cars and our homes so to have gifted Christian communicators speaking into the lives of New Zealanders gaining an access that would never come through conventional church is a very precious Kingdom gift. I very happily support the work and mission of CBA.”
Rodney Macann | National Leader New Zealand Baptists
