Multiplying the reach of our radio show

The reach of Real Life with John Cowan, one of the two shows we produce for Newstalk ZB on Sunday nights, has been multiplied thanks to a new weekly feature in New Zealand’s premier newspaper.

Since June, Matt Burrows, who runs CBA’s xvox initiative, has written articles each week based on the show for both the print and online versions of the New Zealand Herald.

This has effectively multiplied the reach and impact of Real Life, our show featuring interviews with high-profile (and often, Christian) guests about their life, faith, upbringing and passions.

It means Christian guests like Fair Go’s Kaitlin Aldridge and MasterChef winner Julie Goodwin not only get to speak about their life and faith to an audience of thousands on the country’s top commercial station, but now gain further exposure both online and in newspapers around the country. •
