A stellar lineup of broadcasters will host this year’s 14 hours of Easter programming on Newstalk ZB.

This Easter, we’re excited about several fresh programme concepts, and particularly our interview with adventurer (and strong Christian), Bear Grylls.

Bear is known worldwide for surviving in the most extreme environments on earth, but what struck us most wasn’t the survival stories, but his quiet clarity about his Christian faith. For him, real adventure is about courage and about living your faith out loud. His interview will be part of Peter & Petra’s Good Friday breakfast show between 8am-9am.

Easter is the ultimate story of courage. The cross. The sacrifice. The resurrection.

Each Good Friday, CBA steps into that story by broadcasting 12 hours of thoughtful Easter programming on Newstalk ZB, reaching more than 300,000 listeners across New Zealand - plus our regular weekly two hours on Easter Sunday night, 6pm-8pm.

Hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders across the country will hear the story of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection through conversation and talkback, as well as interviews with Christian leaders and ministries faithfully doing God’s work in our land.
